After the returned product passes quality checks, we will issue your refund through the same payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: 3–7 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or wallet within 3–7 working days

Refund speed may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is available, you may choose:

  • Replacement of the same product

If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
