5. Refund Process
After the returned product passes quality checks, we will issue your refund through the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: 3–7 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or wallet within 3–7 working days
Refund speed may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is available, you may choose:
- Replacement of the same product
- Exchange for a different size (if applicable)
If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated instantly.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned after delivery, following our return policy.
8. Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation are not eligible.
- If the pickup fails due to unavailability, it may be rescheduled.
